REVARC LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY Bosski warrants RevArc Ramps to be new and free from material defects for the useable life of the product. Bosski reserves the right to repair or replace the item with a like product at our option. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
1. Rev Arc ramps must be registered on line or by mail within 30 days of purchase 2. Warranty does not cover neglect or abuse 3. Warranty does not cover commercial use
4. Warranty does not cover any item which has been altered, modified or repaired
5. Warranty only covers original purchaser
6. Product must be returned to Bosski Inc. freight prepaid with a copy of original receipt
Bosski disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE Should your product require service under warranty, contact our Customer Care Department at 208- 455-8433. Explain the problem to our friendly staff. It is possible that we can help you over the phone. If it is determined that we cannot resolve the issue, then we will issue you a return authorization number.
A return authorization number is required prior to servicing your product. Ship the claimed warranty item freight prepaid with the return authorization number clearly written on the outside packaging. No returned parcels will be accepted freight collect or COD. All products should be fully insured with the correct postage; Bosski, Inc. will not be responsible for improper or damaged products during shipment.
