Warnings
Improper use of ramp can result in serious personal injury or death. Use extreme caution at all times. Potential flipping over of ATV due to ramp incline. Safety strap does not prevent the ramp from falling.
 
You Should Never
Load or unload the ATV on sloping or soft ground. Use ramp with additional people or cargo on the ATV. Exceed total ramp load capacity of 1300 lbs (590 kgs) Place weight or step on the center section of ramp. Load or unload a snowmobile or UTV with the ATV ramp. Modify the ramp in any way.
 
You Should Always
  • Apply parking brake and/or chock the wheels of the truck before unloading or loading the ATV.
  • Secure ramp firmly to the truck tailgate with safety strap.
  • Load or unload the ATV on a flat, firm surface.
  • Be certain ATV tires and ATV axles fit the width of the ramp.
  • Read and understand how to safely operate the ATV you are loading or unloading.
 
How to Attach the Ramp to a Standard Truck Tailgate.

1Place the folded ramp on the passenger side of the tailgate (Figure 1)

2Unfold the ramp's three sections and adjust the ramp to fit in the center of the tailgate AND align the ramp to match the width of the ATV.(Figure 2)

3Attach the top of each Gate Grip securely against the tailgate and make sure the bottom of the ramp is making even and firm contact with the ground/surface.(Firgure 3)

4Press the strap's buckle lever and extend hook assembly side of the strap. (figure 4)

5Attach hook assembly to vehicle bumper or frame.(Figure 5)

6Tighten the ramp against the tailgate by pulling the loose end of the strap. (Figure 6)

7Check to see that the top of each Gate Grip and the bottom of the ramp are still secured. Make certain that both Gate Grips stay in contact with the tailgate at all times.

8Safely unload or load your ATV.

 
WARNING

Due to possible ramp flexing, ground settling, and truck spring sag, the ramp may have shifted while the ATV was loaded or unloaded. Every time you use the ramp, repeat steps 3-7 or serious personal injury or death can occur.
